ABQ City Council defers vote on Downtown 'renaissance' bill

After nearly two hours of public comments and back-and-forth over a proposed amendment, the Albuquerque City Council voted on Monday night to defer action on a bill that would have implemented several provisions regarding vacant and dilapidated buildings and streetscapes in Downtown Albuquerque.
