Albuquerque solar tech manufacturer Array Technologies has signed a lease for a massive expansion into Kansas.
The 880,000-square-foot space in Coffeyville, Kansas, will be used for the storage and distribution of the firm’s solar tracking equipment, which it provides for utility-scale projects. Array signed the lease upon the closing of the building’s purchase by Phoenix Investors, a Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based firm, according to a news release from last month.
