More than a year after it was first announced New Mexico would receive close to $700 million in federal dollars for broadband infrastructure buildout, the Governor’s Office said July 26 the National Telecommunications and Information Administration cleared the state to start rolling out applications for grants funded by that big chunk of federal dollars.
