The Boeing Co.’s Starliner didn’t reach the International Space Station on its first go-around, but the spacecraft may pull it off on a return mission — this time with humans on board.
The space capsule successfully launched from Cape Canaveral on Dec. 20, but it did not enter the correct orbit due to a technical issue. The uncrewed flight was the first for Starliner, meant to eventually carry astronauts to the International Space Station.
