Digital movie ticketing platform Atom Tickets is partnering with the Independent Cinema Alliance to extend contactless ticketing to independent theaters.
The Independent Cinema Alliance represents more than 175 companies and 3,000 screens.
The first group of theaters to sign on and launch digital ticketing under the partnership includes Premiere Cinemas. Premiere operates the Premiere 14 in Rio Rancho, which is currently temporarily closed, according to its website. Premiere also operates theaters…
