Candace Beeke will be the next market president and publisher of the Portland Business Journal, effective Sept. 8.
Beeke, who spent the past five years as president and publisher of Albuquerque Business First, will succeed Craig Wessel.
Wessel, who has led the Portland Business Journal for 20 years, plans to retire from American City Business Journals in November.
