NM-NEW, a nonprofit company aiming to help seniors gain entrepreneurship training, was started by Paula Getz in 2020 in a bid to provide more access to information surrounding startups, nonprofits and small businesses to what she calls “new elders” — those between the ages of 50 to 70.
