Longtime educator and Central New Mexico Community College President Katharine Winograd is set to retire after 12 years in the role.
CNM’s governing board announced Tuesday evening Winograd will step down from her post when CNM finds her successor or when her final contract expires on June 30, 2020, whichever comes first.
