Councilor Dan Lewis settles with State Ethics Commission over asphalt association job

Albuquerque City Council President Dan Lewis has settled with the New Mexico State Ethics Commission over his hiring as executive director of the Asphalt Pavement Association of New Mexico, whose members were key stakeholders in the fight against a controversial rule set before the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board last year.
