Developer plans mixed-use building at Winrock

Office and retail tenants will have a new option for space in the Uptown area in the coming years.

Goodman Realty Group plans to add what it’s calling the Portland Building to the middle of the Winrock Town Center, said Scott Goodman, an executive team member with Goodman Realty. The 28,000-square-foot building will be a ground-up project. The Class A, three-story building will set aside two-thirds of its space for office clients, and the remainder for retail space.
