Titan Development is planning a 158-unit multifamily residential development at the Journal Center.
The project, which is dubbed Journal Center Lofts, will be four stories and include amenities like a pool, spa, fitness center, among others, according to an application with the Albuquerque Development Review Board.
The Development Review Board reviewed the project on April 29, but has deferred further consideration to the May 13 meeting, said public information officer Maia Rodriguez.
