Peter Trevisani and the New Mexico United are going back to the drawing board.
On Tuesday night, Albuquerque residents rejected a $50 million bond proposal that would have provided an initial budget to build a dedicated stadium for the soccer club. Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller, who won his re-election bid Tuesday, has said his administration would not pursue the stadium project should voters reject the proposal.
