Albuquerque-based Rinchem Co., a logistics firm specializing in the transport, storage and on-site service of chemical products used in various industries, has purchased an out-of-state company.
Rinchem, founded in 1976, acquired Burlington, North Carolina-based Carolina Tank Lines at the end of August.
