M’tucci’s partner John Haas said the restaurant brand has put together an “Italian ale house menu” for Lava Rock that will include charcuterie boards — which often include cured meats, cheeses, fruits and bread — as well as Chianina burgers. Pizza, pasta and salad will also be available. Around 20 menu items will be offered, Haas said.
