Lava Rock Brewing Co. wants to serve the best food of any Albuquerque brewery, and has partnered with M’tucci’s on the endeavor.
M’tucci’s partner John Haas said the restaurant brand has put together an “Italian ale house menu” for Lava Rock that will include charcuterie boards — which often include cured meats, cheeses, fruits and bread — as well as Chianina burgers. Pizza, pasta and salad will also be available. Around 20 menu items will be offered, Haas said.
