Seven counties in northeast New Mexico will participate in a program to boost rural economies.
Union, Colfax, Harding, Mora, San Miguel, Quay and De Baca counties were selected by New Mexico State University to participate in what is known as the “CREATE BRIDGES” program, according to a NMSU news release sent Tuesday.
The Acronym stands for Celebrating Retail, Accommodations, Tourism and Entertainment by Building Rural Innovation and Developing Growth Economies.
