Las Cruces-based Hakes Brothers will expand into its fourth market, committing to build several subdivisions in the San Antonio area.
In an interview with Business First on Monday, Hakes Brothers President Kimball Hakes said his company was attracted to San Antonio’s large housing market, housing affordability relative to Dallas and Houston and proximity to Hakes Brothers’ existing markets.
