PNM-Avangrid merger appeal will not be heard by PRC; oral arguments scheduled before NM Supreme Court

PNM’s merger agreement with Connecticut-based Avangrid was denied by the PRC in December 2021. In March of this year, Avangrid filed a motion to dismiss the appeal to bring the case back to the commission.
