Program to support Latinx entrepreneurs 'not fully successful,' city report says

One startup that participated in a business accelerator funded in part by the city of Albuquerque described the program as the “worst waste of time and money we’ve ever experienced” in a report posted online Aug. 11 by the city’s Office of Inspector General.
