Earlier this fall, The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) approved funding for the acquisition and rehabilitation of an affordable senior housing community in Southeast Albuquerque. Renovations includes updates to the complex’s residential units, common-use amenity spaces, lighting and mechanical systems. The project is anticipated to begin in March 2024.
