Around 30 employees at software firm Xpansiv were notified Jan. 10 that the company plans to close its local office.
Operations will be moved to sites in San Francisco and Seattle, according to spokesman Rob Dalton, who added that the decision was made to “optimize productivity” and because of difficulties in operating various offices in different locations. Some of the affected workers were offered other positions within the company.
