State officials outline plan for limited in-person schooling under new public health order

As expected, New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Thursday announced restaurants can offer indoor dining at 25% capacity beginning Saturday as part of an amended emergency public health order.

Calling it an introduction of additional risk, Lujan Grisham during the news conference outlined a few other areas in which restrictions will be relaxed a bit.

Among these:

Restaurants can offer outdoor dining at up to 75% of capacity.
Houses of worship will be allowed to operate at 40 percent of maximum…
