Two Tribes in Southeastern Arizona said they intend to appeal an April 16 U.S. District Judge’s decision to deny their request to pause construction on the over $10 billion SunZia Transmission and Wind project regarding a “culturally sensitive” valley, where construction on the massive transmission line is nearing the first phase of completion.
