These are the fastest-growing jobs in New Mexico over the next decade

Two green energy jobs are the fastest-growing in New Mexico.

Solar photovoltaic installation is projected to be the fastest-growing occupation in New Mexico, according to the Department of Workforce Solutions Occupational Outlook report. The second-fastest-growing is wind turbine service technician.

Solar installer jobs, which employ about 110, are expected to grow by 113 percent between 2016 and 2026. Wind turbine service technicians are projected to grow by 57.5 percent in the same time.
