Albuquerque-based Titan Development has promoted Chris Pacheco to CEO of the company.
Pacheco spent the last six years as Titan’s executive vice president. He has represented the real estate developer for more than 20 years as its in-house general counsel. During that time, Titan Development completed more than $1.5 billion in real estate development projects and formed the Titan Development Real Estate Fund, according to a news release.
He wasn’t immediately available for comment Thursday.
