Twilight Homes to build new housing community on site of shuttered Northeast Albuquerque retail center

Less than six months ago, early demolition of the Hastings began to make way for a clean space to build the new development. As of Wednesday, several small mountains of dirt are all that is left inside the fences for the construction project that will have more than 50 home lots.
