SAVSU Technologies, a 10-year-old biotech firm headquartered out of the Duke City, plans to be acquired by Washington-based BioLife Solutions, a news release says.
As part of the deal, expected to close within 45 days, BioLife will acquire the remaining 56 percent of the privately owned outstanding SAVSU shares in exchange for 1.1 million shares of BioLife common stock.
