ABQ city council to consider temporary outdoor retail areas

The Albuquerque City Council is set to consider an ordinance Monday night which could give local retailers some additional help — and space.

Backed by city councilors Cynthia Borrego and Diane Gibson, the “Temporary Outdoor Retail Ordinance” would allow select retailers to use part of their parking lots for business.
