Albuquerque residents will have a chance to vote on a new soccer stadium this November.
By a 7-2 vote, Albuquerque city councilors passed a resolution Monday night to put a $50 million gross receipts tax bond in the hands of voters. That $50 million would be essentially an initial budget to build a multi-purpose soccer stadium with the New Mexico United as its primary tenant.
