Albuquerque LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce names new leader

An Albuquerque organization striving to help New Mexico’s LGBTQ businesspeople will soon have a new leader.

Mauro Walden-Montoya, the president of the Albuquerque LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, will soon step down and Pamm Meyers, who is now the group’s vice president, will serve as interim president until May 2019, when board elections are held. This year marks Walden-Montoya’s fifth as president.
