“We went several times all the way up to the altar of signing draft lease agreements to only have the space taken by cannabis investors or out-of-state warehousing operations,” said Chris Patscheck, the company’s president and CEO. “Small tech businesses have a very hard sell for people that have a cash deal on the table for a warehouse.”
