The New Mexico Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors will break ground on its new training facility Tuesday — if the weather holds.
ABC originally scheduled to break ground on the 13,000-square-foot training facility Feb. 19 but had to postpone the ceremony because of a snowstorm that closed the city.
