Cantata at the Trails, located at 6700 Cantata St. NW, was acquired by a holding company for California-based Laguna Point Properties for an undisclosed price earlier this month. Arizona-based ReNUE Properties’ holding company, Cantata at the Trails LLC, was the property seller.
