The West Central Plaza is open for business with a new look.
Four years after acquiring the shopping center at 4208 Central Avenue SW, California-based Heslin Holdings announced renovations are now complete. The site was previously the home of a Kmart, which is now two spaces for Burlington and Conn’s HomePlus. Adjacent to the Burlington is a new 17,000-square-foot space occupied by Dollar Tree.
Heslin also converted a former multi-shop building in the property to a single tenant facility, now…
