The construction of an affordable housing development in the Near North Valley neighborhood is delayed. Calle Cuarta, located at 3525 Fourth St. NW broke ground earlier this year. However, Chris Baca, president and CEO of YesHousing Inc. said the community is still in need of approvals from the United States Department of Urban Housing and Development (HUD) before it can resume construction.
