City Council votes on $20 million bond for Central Avenue project

The Albuquerque City Council unanimously voted yes on $20.5 million in metropolitan redevelopment bonds for one phase in a large master plan.

Highlands North, a 92-unit apartment complex on 2.4 acres of land, first received approval from the city in December 2016. The apartment complex is one part of a larger 12-acre redevelopment project called The Highlands, which is located near Presbyterian Hospital.
