Albuquerque again is fielding inquiries on revamping a block near the heart of Downtown.
The city announced Monday that it has issued a request for proposals to partner with a developer on a mixed-use project on a 2-acre parking lot at 400 4th St. NW, near the Albuquerque Convention Center, the City-County Building and Civic Plaza.
The staple of the mixed-use project is an entertainment venue that will be “catalyst for future redevelopment,” according to the city.
