County approves incentives for Nob Hill revitalization project

A Nob Hill landmark is getting some help for its revitalization from the county.

The Bernalillo County Commission approved $350,000 in Local Economic Development Act funding Tuesday night for Anthea at Nob Hill to revamp the De Anza Motor Lodge on a 4-0 vote. LEDA is a financial incentive used by the state and local governments as a closing fund to recruit new businesses and grow existing businesses in New Mexico.
