Delta is not planning to book middle seats anytime soon.
Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL) will extend its middle-seat policy until “at least Jan. 6, 2021,” the Atlanta-based carrier announced Thursday. Delta maintains this policy builds social distancing into its flights and thus keeps travelers and crew safer amid the novel coronavirus pandemic.
