Denver homebuilder enters local market by acquiring lots in the Mariposa community

Harvard Investments, a real estate firm based out of Scottsdale, Arizona, confirmed 174 single-family home lots traded hands with Richmond American Homes of New Mexico, which is a subsidiary of Denver-based MDC Holdings Inc.
