A May 10 report released by the U.S. Department of Defense Inspector General has concluded that the process used to select Huntsville, Alabama, as the preferred location for the U.S. Space Command headquarters “was reasonable.”
Its release comes 15 months after congressional democrats representing New Mexico asserted in a letter that the Air Force’s process was “severely flawed and not in line with the more deliberate approach” taken in the past.
