Dunkin’ is brewing up two area locations.
The Massachusetts-based coffee chain opened its seventh Albuquerque store last month at the West Central Plaza at 4208 Central Ave. SW.
Gannon Coffman and Anthony Johnson of Pegasus Group represented the tenant and Lia Armstrong and Jim Dountas of CBRE represented the landlord in the deal. The location has 14 seats inside along with a patio with additional seating.
