Farmers market regular to open full bakery

Chris McQuary and Sarah Ciccotello have been using a rented commercial kitchen to prepare their baked goods to sell at Albuquerque’s weekend farmers’ markets for over 10 years.

Come this fall, the husband-and-wife Burque Bakehouse team hopes to be operating out of a space at 640 Broadway SE. The bakery has been a regular at the Downtown Growers’ Market on Saturdays and the Rail Yards Market on Sundays.
