Make room for another burger option in the Albuquerque area.
California-based Fatburger announced its first New Mexico location will open Tuesday at Isleta Resort & Casino. The burger chain is part of the casino’s new food court, which will include a new Panda Express along with some of the casino’s existing dining venues, including Chili Ristra and Chill Coffee & Ice Cream Shop.
