The owners of former Albuquerque breakfast spot Breve Crepes and Coffee are embarking on a new venture.
“We were teetering on becoming a full restaurant,” said co-owner Billy Nguyen.
The new establishment, dubbed The Burrow Cafe, will serve an expanded array of savory menu items, including crepes, omelets and paninis.
