New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham joined state leaders, including Environment Department Secretary James Kenney and Shauna Kastle, president and CEO of Goodwill Industries of New Mexico, on Tuesday to show off a pair of all-electric semi-trucks Goodwill purchased thanks in part to a state-backed grant.
