New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Wednesday signed two bills aimed at bringing more Covid-19 financial relief to businesses and individuals.
Lujan Grisham signed Senate Bill 1, which will provide a $600 personal income tax rebate to hundreds of thousands of workers and provide a four-month gross receipts tax holiday for food and beverage businesses. She also signed Senate Bill 3, which will allow more businesses to tap into what is now a $500 million pool of loan money at a discounted rate.
