Grassburger, which is attempting to bring grass-fed beef to the mainstream, has opened a new Westside location.
The Colorado-based company opened the doors to its nearly 2,500-square-foot restaurant, 5600 Coors Blvd. NW, last week. Its first Duke City restaurant opened in 2016 in the Northeast Heights.
Cody Wilderman, co-owner and director of operations, said the company is honing in on the local market.
