Hakes Brothers has wrapped up the first phase of its first Los Lunas subdivision.
The New Mexico homebuilder announced Friday that it will hold a grand opening for the Legacy at Sierra Vista community from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. The model home, located at 320 Michael Ave, will be open for tours.
Hakes opened the community to buyers earlier this year, but the buildout on the 37 lots is now complete.
