Harding County reached the Green tier under New Mexico's Covid-19 restrictions framework

Harding County, New Mexico’s least populous, became the first county to move to the state’s Green tier, according to Department of Health data released Wednesday afternoon. Businesses in Harding County will be able to operate with the lowest number of restrictions and limits beginning Thursday under New Mexico’s framework for lifting Covid-19 restrictions.
